When you arrive at our Fairway campus, you'll notice something new taking shape where the Fairway Ford Pre-Owned building once stood. Demolition and construction began on November 8, marking the start of an exciting new chapter: the creation of a brand-new, standalone Fairway Lincoln vitrine.

During construction, our sales, service and parts departments remain fully operational, so you can continue to count on the same trusted Lincoln experience you know and love. What's Open During Construction?
Even as we grow, Fairway Lincoln is open and ready to serve you. While the Fairway Ford Pre-Owned building has been removed, all new and used Ford and Lincoln sales, along with other off-brand pre-owned vehicles, are continuing as usual at our main Ford/Lincoln dual store.
The Fairway Subaru and Commercial buildings will continue to operate as usual, apart from anything that would normally be coming from our Pre-Owned building.
What's Coming to Fairway Lincoln?
The former Fairway Ford Pre-Owned Center is being transformed into a state-of-the-art Lincoln Black Label vitrine, designed to redefine your dealership experience. The new facility will feature:
- Expansive floor-to-ceiling windows
- Sophisticated customer lounges
- An elevated showcase of new Lincoln Black Label vehicles
Coming Soon in Fall 2026, you'll be able to visit the new Fairway Lincoln Black Label location at 2301 Laurens Rd, Greenville, SC, a modern destination for refined luxury and exceptional service. In 2026, as we celebrate 60 years of service, our new look will reflect the sophistication and innovation you've come to expect.
